Overview

We accept returns under all circumstances, tailored to either your or your buyer’s requirements, offering either a refund or an exchange.

Process: Please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date to your end customer to initiate a return.

Commercials:

A. Free Returns: If an incorrect or defective item was shipped, we will cover the full return charges, including a refund for both the product and the return shipment cost.

B. Return for Non-Defective Items: If the customer wishes to return an item received in the correct condition, we will still provide a refund for the product. However, a nominal flat return shipment charge and packaging charges must be covered either by your customer or by you, the reseller.

Return Conditions: To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Items should be in their original condition.
  • Tags and any accompanying documents must remain intact.
  • The courier package should be securely sealed.

Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for lingerie items, unstitched materials and all other non-returnable products.

Note: The product amount will be credited to your assigned wallet.
